Carlos Condón, a professor at the IMD, is currently developing research and cases in the following areas: leading customer supplier relations, supply chain configurations for speed, fast project execution, and types of supply chain structures per industry (pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, and transportation).
He has been awarded prizes for his case studies and articles on supply chain management, outsourcing, and process management.
Professor Condón is also a consultant to multinational companies in the electronics, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, car, and other manufacturing industries. He has designed and directed numerous executive department programmes in the areas of supply chain management, outsourcing, and purchasing.
Professor Condón studied civil engineering at the Escuela Politencia de Barcelona and holds a PhD in management from INSEAD.
