
Lin Xu
During his work in the National Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Xu was engaged in formulating a series of China’s five-year social and economic development plans, and led the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan; he participated in formulating regional development plans, the China’s new urbanization plan, and national industrial policies; he served as a member of the Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission for three terms, involving in major reform agendas of fiscal and financial policy and reforming affairs as well as the development and regulation of capital markets in particular about bond markets and private equity investment, and responsible for producing the Regulations on Venture Capital Investment and Regulations on private Equity Investment Companies. He joined the negotiation of China’s accession to the WTO, specifically in charge of industrial policies and industrial subsidy.
